Our situation in selling the home was unique.  We live in another state and the home belonged to my husband's deceased parents.  We could not decide if we should rent or sell the house.  When Paul met with us the first time, he outlined the pros and cons of putting the house up for sale immediately versus renting the house out until the market improved.  Paul did not try to sway our decision either way.  He was patient with us while we decided what to do.
