Of all of the needs that required attention during this bicoastal move, the physical move was my biggest concern, and everything went off without a hitch. I could have never imagined that the sorting, packing, and moving would have been the least of my worries but it was! Our situation in selling the home was unique. We live in another state and the home belonged to my husband's deceased parents. We could not decide if we should rent or sell the house. When Paul met with us the first time, he outlined the pros and cons of putting the house up for sale immediately versus renting the house out until the market improved. We also were impressed with his due diligence. He took us to several houses already for sale and within the price range of the home we were trying to sell.
