Paul Fichtner recently left the corporate world in 2006 after 25 years. He had a successful career in commercial lending and credit management when he decided that he wanted a more meaningful career path. After being personally involved with his own parent’s transition (beginning 15 years ago), Paul began learning the process for relocating and transitioning older adults and became very interested in senior and elder care. Through the years, he has helped a number of families with their transition. Most recently, he relocated his father-in-law from San Rafael, CA to Sacramento, CA. During all of these transitions, he witnessed the pressures and concerns of seniors during the downsizing and relocating process. Through training and certification courses offered by the Senior Transition Society Council, Paul gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding in this field. Paul and his staff are prepared to help you and your family with any relocation or transitional need.
Tai Panyavong, Director of Client Services
Tai Panyavong graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 with a B.A. in Legal Studies. Shortly after graduation, Tai returned home to care for her aging parents. Along with caring for her parents, Tai also worked for Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency, where her reponsibility was to ensure healthcare coverage to individuals with acute or chronic diseases, who could not afford private insurance. During this time, she realized that her true passion was healthcare, specifically related to the senior community. She has since completed her science pre-requisite courses and is currently in the process of applying to nursing programs. Tai has the desire and compassion to work with the senior community to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
